About Söderåsen National Park
The nature in Söderåsen National Park is varied and offers lush deciduous forests, impressive landslide slopes with high cliffs, flowing streams and wide views.
The deeply cut valley at Skäralid is particularly well‑visited. The valley is a crevice valley of impressive proportions, with vertical cliffs surrounding Skärån, which flows along the bottom.
Odensjön in Nackarpsdalen, as well as the viewpoints Kopparhatten, Hjortsprånget and Lierna along the Skäralid valley, are also places you should not miss when visiting the park.
The national park is home to unique flora and fauna, including hundreds of red‑listed species.
